Shipping policy

We ship all products with Austrian Post, DHL Germany or UPS.

Important: All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Austria.

The packages and the products always leave our office in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any damage that happens in transit. We will not refund goods that have been damaged in transit.

If goods arrive damaged, the customer must report the damage to the parcel service office.
